By creating an account or using MobilityReset, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.

What MobilityReset is

MobilityReset is a web app with short, guided chair stretches and mobility routines for people who sit at a desk. Guidance is delivered by voice, images or video that are generated with AI.

What it is not

It is not medical advice, physiotherapy or treatment, and it does not diagnose or cure anything. See the AI & health notice. You use the routines at your own responsibility and should stop if anything hurts.

Your account and subscription

• You must be 18 or over.
• Access is sold as a subscription through Hotmart. Plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• The free trial and the price are shown before you pay. You can cancel any time from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not share your account, copy or resell the content, or try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content and ownership

The app, its routines, voices, images and videos belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your subscription is active.

Limit of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries or indirect losses arising from your use of the routines. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.

Changes, governing law and contact
